Chat Qualification Rules

1) General Information:

At Bingo Hall we play two type of Chat Games; normal and standard Chat Games and Newsletter Chat Specials. In here you will find the qualification rules for both.

2) Chat Games Definition and Rules

Chat Games are side games a Chat Monitor plays while a Bingo Game is playing; a CM will usually tell you what they are playing and what it is. They will usually paste that information inside the chat room and sometimes request certain information to you depending on what's being played. On the "Chat Games " button above, you will find some of the games played (the list isn't a definite of what's being played); each game has a different payout which may vary from $1 to $5 depending on what game is being played. You are free to receive as much as you like if you fit any of the the following criteria:

1. Active Player: You are a depositing player
2. Qualified under rules: You fit under the qualification rules (more info below)
3. Claimed the prize: You have won and claimed the actual chat game in question

In order to be be equally fair to all of the chatters a particular criteria has been set for any given customer to qualify for chat comps to be awarded to their account. To be eligible for chat comps all players must be playing a minimum of 2 cards per game in the dollar stream, 4 cards per game in the quarter stream, and 10 cards per game in the dime stream and must have a real cash deposit into their account within the last 7-10 days and no pending withdrawal requests nor processed payouts (for processed payouts, a player will be eligible for Chat Comps until his/her next deposit after the payout processed). Once a withdrawal request is made all pending chat bonuses and comps will be voided. Players who have a Redemption Flowback in their accounts in the past 48 hours will not be eligible for chat promotions or chat comps. The actual amount that a player can receive in chat comps is also determined by the amount of the last real cash deposit as well as their VIP level. Players who abuse this feature of our program will have their account disabled.

Furthermore, the amount of comps you can receive from these games is proportional to your VIP level.

1. VIP Level 1-9 can receive 200% of their last deposit in chat comps.
2. VIP Level 10-11 are entitled to unlimited chat comps!!

3) Newsletter Specials Definition and Rules

Here at Bingo Hall our Newsletter is something that has a lot of impact in the overall sense of the community; our regular players absolutely love it due to the dynamic and unique approach it offers. This is one of the many reasons why Bingo Hall happens to be unique. We sincerely encourage you to click here to read it. If you are reading it, scroll all the way down to "Chatters Specials". It will give you some of the conditions in order to win these Specials; and that's all there is to it; if you win any of those aforementioned specials, you win more Bonus Bucks in addition to Chat Games (since they are separate things). As with Chat Games, there is an infinite amount you can win, as long as you meet the following criteria:

1. Active Player: You are a depositing player
2. Qualified under rules: You fit under the qualification rules (more info below)
3. Claimed the prize: You have won and claimed the actual chat game in question

The general rules all players must follow and abide by are:

1. These promotions are valid for ACTIVE players who acknowledge the CM when he or she wins, failure to do so voids the BONUS.
2. Players must be in chat before the game begins in order to qualify. The CM on duty has the final authority on who qualifies and who doesn't.
3. All promo wins will now be credited at the end of the CM on duty's shift.
4. Players who have a Redemption Flow back in their accounts in the past 48 hours will not be eligible for these chat promotions.
5. Players with pending payout requests are not eligible for these promotions.
6. Players who have not deposited in the past 10 days are not eligible for these promotions.
7. Players who have not deposited after a processed withdrawal are not eligible.
8. Progressive Jackpot winnings are not included in promotions.
9. Players must purchase a minimum of 10 cards in Dime stream, 4 bingo cards in Quarterstream, and 2 cards in High Roller stream to Qualify.
10. All Bingo and Chat promos start Friday and end Wednesday at Midnight.
